Leave MCE on and cap all cores to the normal frequency under all core load. This stop single/dual core excessive boosting and overvolting but still keeps the performance in games and all core loads. Much better option since the option in this video nerfs performance.

First temps you show are under full load, then after adjusting BIOS, you show idle temps. That's not fair.

2:20 I ripped one of the wires out that gave power to the fans on the front that step For future reference there is a clip under the wires that needs to be pressed / lifted before you pull it out I hadn’t know til I literally broke the entire plastic piece off I’m so upset

And the instability that the latest Intel cpus have is because of the wattage settings. Fill in manually the max wattage for your cpu and it will be very stable.

Now you can start undervolting for even less heat and a bit more power.

Where do you live where electricity is $0.12/kWh? In Socal you're looking at around $0.33 to 0.45 per kWh, and don't forget about the air conditioning you need to keep the room from overheating. Even if I got a 4090 for free, my ROI would be negative. Then I'd have to sell the 4090 to pay for the AC bill. Sigh.
